After the Terror alert was upgraded to Code Orange, the American people went into a tizzy, buying duct tape and plastic by the yard for their homes. Because of the lack of concrete information, the Department of Homeland Security thought that it would be best to dedicate a website dedicated informing the public on how to cope with a terrorist attack. Some great bits of advice are "If you catch fire, do not run!" and "assess the situation" for nuclear blasts. I doubt that there'll be much assessment after the bomb drops. And I don't know about you, but that image would make for a great t-shirt.
